A team that gets help in time is a team that stays.
-
Many support programmes never get past the welcome email. Assistance is built to make the first step easy: a free orientation session, an assistant that listens and a professional you choose rather than one you’re assigned.
-
They leave months later, without anyone having noticed. With Assistance they have someone to turn to from day one, in their language and without the company knowing who they are.
-
Sick leave for anxiety is among the longest and most expensive for a company, and it usually comes after months of holding on. With a direct appointment with a licensed psychologist, support arrives while it is still prevention.
-
Self-esteem, time management, career, leadership, work-life balance: much of what people work on in Assistance is not clinical. The team’s coaching profiles support those who want to move forward, not only those who are struggling.
From the first step to the session with their psychologist.
How it works
-
01
Start
With a free orientation session: half an hour with a psychologist from the team, after which they leave with the right professional and, if they want, the first session booked.
-
02
Choose
Their psychologist, not whoever is next: filter by language and availability, read the biography and choose.
-
03
Book
Directly in the professional’s diary. If they have a slot tomorrow, it’s tomorrow.
-
04
Continue
As many sessions as they need, with the same professional.
You decide how it’s paid for and see how it’s used. Never who uses it.
-
What you see
Why it’s used and how much
Reasons for consultation by category (relationships, anxiety and stress, mood, work…), never by person. And how much it is used: sessions per person, mean and median. To know whether the service is used and where support is most needed.
-
What you don’t see
Who uses it
Not who uses it, nor with which professional, nor when, nor what they talk about. Not even when the company pays for the sessions. Statistics are only shown for groups of 5 people or more.
-
How it is paid
You decide
The company covers 100% of the sessions, shares the cost with the person (co-payment) or provides access and each person pays for their own. You can start small.
Designed to take the first step
Behind every situation there’s someone who hasn’t asked for help.
A sick leave, a resignation, a manager who can’t sleep: by the time you see it, that person has been turning it over for months. Assistance shortens the path with a free 30-minute orientation session: a psychologist from the team listens, guides and suggests who to continue with. Turn each card to see what is worked on in therapy.
- An unexpected resignation. Emotional exhaustion. Low mood, anxiety and a feeling of not fitting in, built up in silence. In sessions, what is happening gets a name and the person decides what to change before leaving becomes the only way out. «I’ve been running on empty for months and nobody has noticed.»
- Sick leave for anxiety. Anxiety and work stress. Cognitive behavioural therapy: identifying what sets off the alarm, regulating the body and getting sleep back. While it is still prevention. «I can’t take any more, but I don’t know how to say it.»
- Present, but not really there. Low mood. Behavioural activation: small goals, sleep and reviewing the thoughts that hold you back. «I find it hard to concentrate. I didn’t use to.»
- A newly promoted manager. Insecurity in the new role. Coaching with the team’s psychologists: the role, giving feedback and setting limits without losing the relationship. «Now I manage my former colleagues. I don’t know if I’m good enough.»
- Two people who aren’t speaking. Interpersonal conflict. Asking, setting limits and handling the other person’s reaction; separating what depends on you from what doesn’t. «There’s no getting through to him.»
- A restructuring. Uncertainty and adapting to change. Emotional regulation and a focus on what does depend on each person. «I don’t know if I’ll be next.»
- Reduced working hours. Overload and guilt. Boundaries between work and home, routines for switching off and what to do with the guilt of not getting to everything. «I get home and I’m still at work.»
- Talent looking elsewhere. Career decision. Coaching: values, strengths and a concrete plan for the next step. «I want to grow and I can’t see how here.»
Built for people to trust it. And companies too.
The assistant
A psychoeducational assistant that listens, helps you think and, if needed, suggests a psychologist and books the session.
Developed with the team of psychologists, who supervise how it responds. It doesn’t diagnose, doesn’t do therapy and is not an emergency service: it takes you as far as the professional. It is the same assistant that supports Analytics and Learning.
Assistant
- Person: I’ve been sleeping badly for weeks and I find it hard to concentrate.
- Assistant: Thank you for telling me. How long have you noticed it?
- Person: Since I changed teams, two months ago.
- Assistant: It makes sense that it weighs on you. If you like, I can suggest an orientation session with Lucía, a psychologist from the team: there’s a slot on Thursday at 10:00.
-
Professionals
Licensed, with a master’s in health psychology, three years’ experience, a selection interview and evidence-based therapies.
-
Confidentiality
The company doesn’t know who uses it, not even when it pays. Data in Europe, under the GDPR.
-
Languages
Sessions in Spanish, English and French, with the same team and the same guarantees.
How to start
You switch it on. We make sure the workforce knows about it.
-
Step 1
You see Assistance with your case
How a person asks for help, who looks after them and what aggregated data Human Resources receives.
-
Step 2
We get it ready
You choose how it’s paid for (in full, co-payment or access only) and we activate Assistance for your workforce.
-
Step 3
The workforce finds out
We give you the communication kit (launch email and reminders) and a contact person for the launch. The company announces it and we send the reminders: so everyone knows it exists and how to use it.

Talk to salesWho sees what I discuss with the psychologist or with the assistant?
Nobody at your company. The company doesn’t know who uses Assistance, nor with which professional, nor when, nor what they talk about; not even when it pays for the sessions. Human Resources sees statistics for groups of 5 people or more: reasons by category and how much it is used. Never names or conversations. Data is hosted in Europe, in line with the GDPR.
How long does it take to get a session?
As long as it takes the professional to have a free slot: the person books directly in their diary, with no waiting list. If they have an appointment tomorrow, it’s tomorrow.
What if someone has never been to a psychologist?
That’s what the orientation session is for: a free half hour with a psychologist from the team, who listens and guides. They leave with the right professional and, if they want, the first session booked. Most people who do it then carry on with a psychologist.
Who pays for the sessions?
The company decides: it covers 100%, shares the cost with the person (co-payment) or provides access and each person pays for their own.
How do I justify it to management or finance?
With the cost of what already happens: staff turnover or sick leave for anxiety are among the most expensive for a company. And with the dashboard: you see how much Assistance is used and why.
How do you choose the psychologists?
They are all licensed, hold the Master’s in General Health Psychology, have at least three years’ experience and work with scientifically backed therapies. They have an interview with the team before joining and are paid market rates.
Does the assistant do therapy?
No. It is psychoeducational: it helps you think through what is happening to you and, if needed, suggests a professional based on what you’ve told it and books the session for you. It is developed with the team of psychologists, who supervise how it responds. It doesn’t diagnose, doesn’t treat and is not an emergency service.
Which languages do you offer?
In Spanish, English and French.
How is it different from an employee assistance programme or a helpline?
It gets used. Helplines stay in the welcome email; Assistance is built for the first step: free orientation, a professional each person chooses and an assistant that listens at any hour. It can sit alongside the programme you already have.
Why an external service and not an in-house psychologist?
Because of confidentiality: nobody from the company is in the middle, and the person chooses their professional. And because of the range: profiles for anxiety, mood, relationships, work and coaching, in Spanish, English and French.
