We humanize organizations from within

Mentiness was born to close the gap between well-being and business, between data and people. Our mission: to create healthier cultures, more human leaders, and evidence-based decisions.

01 our purpose
Making mental health visible as a strategic factor in the company

Ethical technology
We consider we work in a very delicate area, with people at the core. Similarly, we know there are genuinely human things that cannot, or should not, be replaced by anything other than a person to ensure not only the best results but also the best support and the best solution. In short, we see technology as an aid but never as a substitute for the human factor, which is why all our developments are designed and supervised by psychology experts.
Recognized professionalism
At Mentiness, fortunately, the saying “in the blacksmith’s house, a wooden spoon” does not apply, because one of our brand pillars is our own professionals. We carefully select each of our professionals, choosing the best with care, knowledge, and confidence. Similarly, we look after their working conditions and well-being to ensure the mental health of our own collaborators.
Prevention without stigmatization
Psychology is not Pandora’s box. It is a scientific discipline that, like any other, can offer us the tools and keys to strive for a better future.

That’s why we work to implement psychological tools into people’s daily lives, helping both them and companies, and thus strengthening human capital.
